Hospices are rooted in, and are responsive to, the communities they serve. Thus, a key objective of Hill House is to both deliver and participate in activities that inform, educate and increase awareness of palliative and hospice care in our community. This includes residents, the medical community, religious organizations, service organizations, businesses and those in the political realm. Hill House is committed to ensuring the broadest awareness of its operations within York Region.
